Terms of Service — SEOPage.ai

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SEOPage.ai ("SEOPage.ai", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using our services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service or others.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Taxes

  • You authorize us or our payment processors to charge applicable fees, taxes, and recurring amounts.

4. Use of the Service; Prohibited Conduct

  • Do not scrape, crawl, or harvest data except as permitted by our robots rules and applicable APIs.
  • Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
  • Do not upload or generate unlawful, infringing, harmful, or misleading content, or content violating third‑party rights.
  • Respect any fair‑use limits, quotas, or rate limits we may set to protect stability and availability.

5. Generated and Uploaded Content

  • You retain ownership of content you upload and lawful rights in outputs you generate, subject to third‑party rights and applicable law.
  • You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating AI‑generated content for accuracy, compliance, and suitability.
  • You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
  • You represent that you have all rights to submit content and that it does not infringe or violate any rights or laws.
  • Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

6. Intellectual Property

  • We and our licensors own the Service, including software, documentation, and trademarks. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
  • Open‑source components within the Service remain governed by their respective licenses.

7. Integrations and Third‑Party Services

The Service may integrate with or rely on third‑party services such as Google Search Console, PostHog (analytics), Google Tag Manager, hosting providers (e.g., Vercel), and payment processors. Your use of third‑party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We access only what is necessary to provide the requested integration, based on permissions you grant, and you may revoke access with the third party at any time.

We are not responsible for third‑party services and disclaim liability for their acts or omissions.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SEOPage.ai and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Suspension and Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or risks to the Service.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated on the pricing page.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and certain sections of these Terms will survive.

14. Export and Sanctions Compliance

You represent that you are not subject to any sanctions and will comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws. You will not use the Service in any jurisdiction or for any purpose prohibited by law.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Singapore for all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will update the Effective Date and, where required by law, provide a prominent notice or seek consent. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
